On Easter, we make a huge meal with eggs, a waffle bar (with tons of topping options), hashbrown casserole, biscuits and gravy, fruits, coffee cake, bagels and cream cheese, coffee, juice, and probably a ton of other stuff I've forgotten. Then in the evening we have dessert. For a meal. :) We've done this two years in a row now and I think it's officially a tradition! K made the eggs this year.
